No two roofs are the same, so we price every job individually. Here's what affects the cost and what you'll receive.
What affects the price
Roofing system and materials
Single-ply membrane, tile, natural slate or a green roof each have different material and labour costs.
Roof size and shape
The area of the roof, plus the number of upstands, outlets, rooflights, valleys and junctions.
Access
Height, scaffolding or access equipment, and how easily materials can be brought to the roof.
Condition of the existing roof
Whether old coverings need stripping and whether the deck, timbers or insulation need work.
Survey and assessment
We visit, inspect the roof and talk through the options with you. For most jobs this is the only way to price the work accurately and recommend the right system.
What a written quotation includes

Pricing questions
How much will my roof cost?
It depends on the factors above, so we don't publish fixed prices. Once we've seen the roof — or photos as a first step — we can give you an accurate figure.
Will I receive a written quotation?
Yes. Every quotation is set out in writing so you know exactly what's included before you decide.
Are there additional charges?
The quotation covers the agreed scope. If something unexpected is found once work starts, such as hidden rot, we'll talk it through with you before doing any extra work.
Can I send photos first?
Yes — you can attach photos with the form below or send them by WhatsApp. It helps us give early advice.
