Single-ply roofing

What is single-ply roofing?

A flexible waterproof membrane laid as a single layer over a flat or low-pitch roof, with seams welded or bonded to form a continuous covering.

Is it suitable for my roof?

It suits most flat and low-pitch roofs on homes and commercial buildings. We'll confirm after inspecting the deck and details.

Flat roof replacement

How do I know if my flat roof needs replacing?

Repeated leaks, ponding, blistering, splits or a soft deck are common signs. Sometimes a repair is enough — we'll tell you honestly.

Tiling and slating

Do you work with natural slate as well as tiles?

Yes. We install and repair pitched roofs in clay or concrete tiles and natural slate.

Green roofs

Learn more →
Can a green roof go on any flat roof?

The structure must be able to carry the extra weight, and the waterproofing beneath must be suitable. We assess both first.

Do you need to visit before quoting?

For most jobs, yes. Photos help us give early advice, but a visit lets us price accurately.

How long will the work take?

It depends on the size of the roof, the system and the weather. We'll give you an expected timescale with your quotation.
